Pre- foreclosure and vacant property inspections are performed and all reports, photographs and recommendations forwarded to you.

E-ESTABLISH the price of the property.

A comprehensive Market analysis of the property in addition to a detailed over viewof the surrounding market area will be prepared and provided to you.

L-Listing- List the property and implement our marketing strategy.

Each property is evaluated independently and a custom plan designed. We communicate with all our clients weekly and monthly. 

L-LISTEN- to both our client and prospective buyer and negotiate the sale. All offers are presented for consideration and discussed with our clients after presenting current market conditions, recent activity and buyer motivations.  Our expertise and long term relationships within the industry assist us in gaining the competitive edge.

S-SERVICE the sale.

Monitor the sale to ensure closing is successful. We monitor this phase and   ensure all interested parties, documents, and information are available and closing occurs in a timely manner.
